One chilling account involved a worker who threatened to kill the families of three young girls if they disclosed the abuse they suffered at his hands. In another instance, a supervisor manipulated his work schedule to isolate a teenage girl with whom he repeatedly committed acts of sexual violence, later violating shelter policies by entering her room at night.
